By engaging my services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
I provide done-for-you marketing systems with a setup fee and ongoing retainer. Free audits may be offered.
Minimum Term
Retainers have a minimum 3-month term. Early termination does not remove payment obligations.
Payments
Fees are paid upfront and recurring. Missed payments may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Late Payments
Overdue amounts may incur interest and recovery costs, including legal and collection fees.
No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Client Responsibilities
You must provide timely access, content and approvals. I am not responsible for delays or performance issues caused by you.
Results Disclaimer
No guarantees are made regarding marketing results, including leads, sales or revenue.
Intellectual Property
All materials remain my property. You receive a limited licence upon full payment.
Non-Circumvention
You must not engage my contractors or systems directly without consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days notice. Immediate termination applies for breach.
Client Conduct
I may terminate immediately for abusive, unreasonable or uncooperative behaviour.
Non-Disparagement
You agree not to make false or damaging public statements. Concerns should be raised directly first.
Indemnity
You indemnify me against claims arising from your actions, content or breaches.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months. I am not liable for third-party failures or marketing outcomes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Queensland, Australia.
